Sharon Beavis founded Southern Staging By Sharon after retiring from her teaching career to move to Ormond Beach, Florida in 2019 with her husband, Jim. During the process of decorating, designing, and purchasing furniture for her new home, she discovered a newfound passion for decorating.

 

Sharon realized that she had an eye for creating beautiful spaces in her home. Her friends and family appreciated her designs and encouraged her to share her talents.

 

Sharon has undergone rigorous training, certification, and accreditation as a professional home stager by the Home Staging Institute. She takes great pride in her work and is passionate about helping clients create a beautiful and inviting space that will attract potential buyers.
